We at Budget Caravans do our best to keep things easy. Once you see a caravan you like on the website call one our sales Hotline numbers on the website and they will arrange a convenient time to meet you at our display area. Just note we do not have a ‘walk-in’ facility as such but if you call us we may be able to see you there and then.

We leave you to look at the caravan and study the vehicle condition form hanging in the window of every caravan. This will tell you everything you need to know about the good and bad elements of the caravan you are looking at. All our pricing are the best price we can do so there’s no uncomfortable haggling  – if you like it you can buy it there and then and tow it away.

We put no warranties on our caravans as they are sold requiring repairs of some kind. We clearly list any faults we find on the caravans and let you know before you buy it. We accept no returns after the caravan has been purchased. We encourage customers to spend as long as they like viewing the caravans before they purchase it as we don’t like unhappy customers.

If you want the caravan serviced before you collect it this can be arranged with our company partner Greentrees Caravanstore at a specially negotiated price. Speak to the sales guys about what’s best for you.
